If you teach a method, ship a skill with it

Books, channels, courses, newsletters, podcasts. Whatever the format, what your audience actually came for is the way you think about the problem, and a growing number of them will put that thinking to work through an agent rather than by hand. Right now they do it from a summary someone else wrote.

We build the skill from your own material: the manuscript, the back catalogue, the course notes, the transcripts. The method your audience loads is then the method you actually teach, with your distinctions intact and your conditions attached. It ships as a folder their tools already know how to load.

What we build from, by format

Books

Your reader has the book and a deadline. The skill puts your method in the tool they are working in, so the framework from chapter six arrives while they are doing the thing chapter six is about, in your words rather than a reviewer's paraphrase. Most buyers never reach the end; this reaches them anyway. And it is something a second-hand copy does not come with.

Channels and video

A back catalogue is your best asset and your least searchable one, including to you. We watch the lot, find what you actually keep coming back to, and turn it into something a viewer can apply on a Tuesday without scrubbing through four years of uploads. Summaries of your channel are already being loaded into people's agents; this is the one where your argument survives intact.

Courses and cohorts

Most of a course leaks away within a month of finishing it. A skill is the part that stays: your sequence, your checks, your corrections, arriving at the moment a graduate is doing the work rather than sitting in a module they half remember. A cohort that keeps getting value is what referrals and second enrolments are made of.

Newsletters and writing

Years of issues hold a consistent way of thinking that no single issue states outright. Pulling that out and writing it down is a subscriber benefit nobody can screenshot, and a reason to stay subscribed. When your thinking moves, so does the skill: an assessment, a diff, and proof of what improved.

Podcasts and interviews

The value is spread across a hundred conversations and buried in other people's answers. We read the transcripts, attribute what your guests said to them, and keep what is yours as yours, which is more care than any automatic summary of your show is taking.

Workshops and training

If your method lives in slide decks and client sessions, it is already the sharpest version of itself, and the only one that never leaves the room. A skill is how it reaches the people you cannot book time with, and when the deck changes it is a refresh rather than a rewrite.
